External installation directory

• Not all apps in abyss are installed in the Scoop directory.
  • Some apps have more suitable installation directory.
  • The installers of some apps cannot specify the installation location.
• For example, Git.Git will be installed in the C:\Program Files\Git directory.
• For them, Scoop will only manage possible data and operations.
  • Data: use Link to manage data persistence.
  • Operations: install/uninstall/update
